Join Alan LePage at Grace Farm in East Montpelier where he has been growing the second annual Kimchi garden. 

This workshop will provide both the practical aspects of making kimchi (tools and ingredients) and the less tangible but invaluable musings of a life long farmer from Central Vermont. After a few hours with Alan and his helpers you will walk away with kimchi for your family, the recipe to reuse in future years, and have received a wealth of information from Alan LePage, an organic original, 7th generation farmer, and pioneer of the organic agricultural movement in Vermont. This workshop is open to all members of the public. Children who are excited to attend are welcome to participate under the supervision of thier parents. Please complete registration form for each attendee. Cost is sliding scale, starting at $50.
